0165(2)(c) There were some cords near the TV and the bottle warmer, that were not secured making accessible to children. The director removed the cords during the monitor visit. 0165(2)(d) There were some plastics in the preschool and toddlers’ room during the monitor visit. The director removed the plastic bags during the monitor visit. 0165(5)(e) There were some power strip cords that were not surge protectors in the preschool and infant room. The director removed the power strip cords during the monitor visit.
